Sean Quigley – Little Drummer Boy‏

This video made me think of our sweet Sebastien how I see him one day all grown up, as he loves music, loves his faith, is so full of life, and will walk through the wonderful and lovely places in Winnipeg again one day.

What a wonderful video this is thanks to the talented Sean Quigley, a young teenager so talented and humble making a music video all by himself caring with his music the so profound message what the true meaning of Christmas is all about. Thank you Sean Quigley for making us focus on the true meaning again in this time before Christmas.

I showed it to Sebastien and Genevieve and both of them just love it and now sing this song at lunch time, taking a bath, doing dressing changes, etc. …. Music has always been such a big part in our journey with Sebastien and just has some wonderful healing touches in all of this medical world that he challenges each day.

Thank you for posting this Jasmina. I’m glad Sebastien and Genevieve enjoyed it. Sean is very popular in Winnipeg right now and we are all proud of him. And yes, Sebastien as per your video on the eve of your postponed surgery….we will pray for you my little friend.
    Love you large.

I like the fact this fellow uses a lot of familiar Winnipeg Landmarks for the background on the Video! I’d be worried about those drums though, with the ice and snow on them and how hard he is playing on them I’m surprised they didn’t break.

    Cheers! Happy St. Nicholas Day!

About

C'mon, show your smile!

Place de choix is what you get when you mix a very special godchild with an extraordinary medical history. Sébastien started life with gastroschisis in December of 2004. With the constant care of his parents, David and Jasmina, Sébastien lived to have a liver and bowel transplant in August of 2006. He is now waiting for a kidney transplant in Toronto before coming back home to Winnipeg. This blog is currently updated by Jasmina when time allows her to.
